- Data you actively send us (by email or when booking an appointment): name, email address, message and the appointment time you selected.
- Technical access data that is generated automatically when you visit the website (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) through our hosting provider Vercel Inc.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to answer enquiries and arrange appointments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to operate the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting and storage location
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and delivered via a global edge network. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses). Details in Vercel’s privacy policy.
5. Appointment booking (Google)
We use “Appointments via Google Calendar” (Google Ireland Limited) to schedule conversations. The data you enter is transmitted to Google. Details in Google’s privacy policy.
6. Fonts
This website loads fonts via Google Fonts. When it does, your IP address may be transmitted to Google.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is only passed on where this is necessary to fulfil the purpose in question or where a legal obligation exists. Your data is not sold.
8. Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes stated or as statutory retention periods require.
9. Your rights
