What we deliver

Three areas. For every service: what it covers, how it runs and how long it takes.

As of: September 2026
01

Web and online presence

We build and rework websites for companies and set up the channels through which enquiries arrive.

Building and reworking websites

Scope
Concept, design and technical implementation of company websites, multilingual and built as static pages, without plug-ins that need constant upkeep. Migration of existing content, texts in German, French and English based on the company’s material, EU hosting, handover of all access credentials. Operation and maintenance on request.
Process
Conversation about goals and content. Structure and design draft for approval. Implementation, acceptance by the company, handover with documentation.
Time frame
Four to eight weeks from approval of the draft, depending on the amount of content.

Enquiry channels

Scope
Contact and enquiry forms with file upload, appointment booking, forwarding to an inbox or an existing system. Server-side validation of every input, spam protection, protected view for reviewing submissions.
Process
Defining fields and recipients. Set-up, test run with the company, approval.
Time frame
One to two weeks.

Technical findability

Scope
Technical foundations for search engines: page structure, load time, metadata, structured data, set-up of business profiles. No paid advertising.
Process
Baseline audit with measurements. List of measures, implementation, follow-up measurement.
Time frame
Two to three weeks for implementation, follow-up measurement after three months.
02

Business software

We build small line-of-business applications for defined processes and connect them to the systems already running in the company.

Industry-specific applications

Scope
Line-of-business applications for one defined process, for example capturing, checking and evaluating. Web application with user management, permissions, data export and documentation.
Process
Recording the process with the people involved. Short requirements document, fixed-price quote. Implementation in stages with interim acceptance, roll-out and training.
Time frame
Six to twelve weeks, depending on scope. The date is in the fixed-price quote.

Integration with existing systems

Scope
Data exchange between existing systems such as ERP, accounting, document storage and industry software via interfaces or file import and export. Reconciliation, logging, error handling.
Process
Review of existing interfaces with the IT partner. Definition of data fields and direction. Implementation, test run with real data, approval.
Time frame
Two to six weeks per integration.

Electronic invoicing

Scope
Creation, sending and receipt of electronic invoices via Peppol and the formats common in the Greater Region. Connection to accounting or ERP, validation, filing.
Process
Recording of the current invoicing run. Choice of transmission channel, set-up, test invoices with one recipient, approval.
Time frame
Two to four weeks.
03

AI in existing processes

We set up assistants that work for an existing employee, in that employee’s files and systems. Decisions are made in the company.

Assistants for estimating, dispatching and quoting

Scope
One assistant per process, working for an existing employee: reading documents, checking against existing data, preparing proposals. Responsibility and limits set down in writing for each role. The decision stays with the employee.
Process
A 45-minute conversation with the person who does the work today. Set-up in the company’s files and systems. Running alongside with checks by the employee, corrections.
Time frame
Two to three weeks per process. Ongoing support afterwards at a fixed monthly amount, on request.

Connection to existing files and systems

Scope
Read access and, where approved, write access for the assistant to file storage, inboxes and specialist systems. Logging of every action. Processing on servers in the EU or on the company’s premises. No use of the data for training models.
Process
Agreeing access with the IT partner. Set-up with the minimum necessary permissions. Test run, approval, documentation.
Time frame
Part of the set-up, usually within the first week.
